The atmosphere is the envelope of gases that surrounds the Earth or another planet. It is held in place by the gravity of the planet.
Interaction-Tornado
The atmosphere and the geosphere interact when a tornado occurs. A column of air makes contact with the Earth and causes damage to any structures or life on the ground by using strong winds that carry debris.
